Okay Mark... how does this 'art thing' go with creating your artworks?

Well... like a magician, I cannot divulge all my secrets. Let’s just say that some razzmatazz and artistic ‘smoke & mirrors’ are involved. I’ve got to keep some mystery here. Having said that; each artwork has a backstory and was likely created from a personal experience or an inspirational image.

My artworks are created with, pen and ink, pencil, or paint. All done while fuelled with the intermittent consumption of semi cold cups of tea, and Tim Tam biscuits. As for where my art lives. Well, you are here, so it may end up on you; with you, or with a friend! Be it on a Tshirt or maybe a handy Tote bag, mug... or print.

A brief overview of my work:
My artworks largely focus on the natural world, where I frequently use birds and animals, or moments of everyday life, in my images. My artwork sits in private and corporate collections in New Zealand and overseas.
